Created for music lovers, creatives and curious travellers, the Weekender moves between high-energy gatherings and unforgettable experiences of Botswana. Expect Afro House, Afrotech, tribal and ancestral sounds, alongside live percussion, poetry, cultural performances, food, fashion and the unmistakable energy of the Echoes Tribe.

The weekend is built as a destination experience, not just a show.

Payment & Registration
All Kasane Weekender packages and event-only tickets may be paid upfront or through the Echoes Tribe Payment Plan.
- Payment 1: 50% due by 31 May 2026.
- Final balance: 50% due by 30 June 2026.
Payments are handled through Wire Transfer / Pay2Cell. Send proof of payment via WhatsApp or email it to payments@echoesofthewild.co.bw.

- Complete a separate booking for each ticket/package type.
- Enter required guest details and complete checkout.
Kasane Weekender Venue: Wild View Resort
Wild View Resort is the home of Echoes of the Wild – Kasane Weekender, serving as both the event venue and accommodation partner for all travel/accommodation packages.
For the Tribe, Wild View Resort becomes more than a place to stay — it is the base for music, community, safari energy, Chobe adventure, and moments shared in the wild.
Important Notices
Non-refundable payments
All payments are strictly non-refundable once made. Failure to complete final payment by 30 June 2026 may result in cancellation and forfeiture according to published terms.
Park & government fees
Package and add-on prices exclude official Chobe National Park entry fees, vehicle fees, tourism levies, conservation fees, and other government or park authority charges where applicable.
Gate category checks
Local, SADC, and International pricing may be checked at the gate. Incorrect category selection may require top-up or refusal of entry without refund.
Alcohol and venue availabilitiy
Alcohol is served to guests aged 18+ only. Hotel bar access, swimming pool access, seating, and parking are subject to venue rules, capacity, and availability.
