OUR APPROACH
We go to the talent. It doesn't come to us.
Echoes of the Wild Creative Tribe Workshops are taken directly into communities around Botswana, because we believe talent should be empowered where it is found. Our goal is to develop creatives at grassroots level so they can create opportunities and employment for themselves within their own communities, rather than feeling pushed to relocate to Gaborone or other major cities in search of growth.

We teach creatives how to earn income across multiple roles — as performers, service providers, and business owners, so that no single path is the only path forward.
