4. Event Tickets

All event ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Once purchased, event tickets are non-refundable, except where Echoes of the Wild cancels the event.

Tickets may not be refunded due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to attend

  • Late arrival

  • Personal emergencies

  • Weather conditions, unless the event is officially cancelled

  • Transport or accommodation issues

  • Travel delays

  • Artist line-up changes

  • Lost or stolen tickets

  • Duplicate purchases caused by customer error

  • Refusal of entry due to breach of event rules

Customers are responsible for checking event dates, times, locations, ticket categories, age restrictions, and entry requirements before buying tickets.

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If Echoes of the Wild cancels an event, ticket holders may be offered one of the following options:

  • A refund of the ticket amount paid

  • A ticket transfer to a new event date

  • A credit voucher for a future Echoes of the Wild event

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new date.

Echoes of the Wild is not responsible for additional costs incurred by customers, including transport, flights, accommodation, meals, visas, personal shopping, service fees, or any other expenses linked to attending the event.

6. Event Changes

Echoes of the Wild reserves the right to make changes to events where necessary. These changes may include:

  • Venue adjustments

  • Time changes

  • Artist, DJ, speaker, or performer changes

  • Programme changes

  • Stage layout changes

  • Security arrangements

  • Weather-related adjustments

  • Capacity or access control changes

  • Partner or vendor changes

Such changes do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.

7. Entry to Events

Entry to Echoes of the Wild events is subject to valid ticket verification and compliance with event rules.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event for reasons including:

  • Disorderly behaviour

  • Violence or threats

  • Harassment

  • Intoxication or drug use

  • Possession of prohibited items

  • Fraudulent or duplicated tickets

  • Failure to follow security instructions

  • Damage to property

  • Breach of venue rules

  • Behaviour that endangers other guests, staff, artists, vendors, or partners

No refund will be issued where entry is refused or a person is removed due to misconduct or breach of these Terms.

8. Event Safety and Personal Responsibility

Echoes of the Wild events may take place outdoors, in natural landscapes, open spaces, safari areas, or venues exposed to weather and environmental conditions.

By attending, you accept that outdoor events may include risks such as:

  • Uneven ground

  • Rain, wind, heat, cold, or dust

  • Wildlife or insects

  • Loud music and lighting effects

  • Crowds

  • Slippery surfaces

  • Limited network coverage

  • Venue-specific risks

  • Travel-related risks

Customers attend events at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, children, transport, accommodation, and health requirements.

We recommend that guests follow all safety instructions, dress appropriately, stay hydrated, and seek medical assistance where necessary.

9. Personal Belongings

Echoes of the Wild is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at events, including phones, bags, wallets, clothing, cameras, camping chairs, cooler boxes, vehicles, or other property.

Guests are responsible for keeping their belongings safe at all times.

10. Photography, Videography, and Media Consent

Echoes of the Wild events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, or broadcast for promotional, marketing, documentary, archive, social media, website, advertising, or commercial purposes.

By attending an Echoes of the Wild event, you agree that your image, voice, appearance, or likeness may appear in event content, including crowd shots, highlight videos, interviews, photographs, and promotional material.

Echoes of the Wild may use this content without further payment, approval, or permission, unless otherwise required by law.

If you do not wish to be captured in close-up promotional content, please notify our team at the event where reasonably possible. However, we may not be able to remove you from general crowd footage or content already published.

11. Clothing and Merchandise Orders

Echoes of the Wild may sell clothing, accessories, and merchandise through the website or approved sales channels.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, colour, design, quantity, and delivery details before placing an order.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colours, prints, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or production differences.

12. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Remove products from sale

  • Update prices

  • Correct product descriptions

  • Cancel orders where stock is unavailable

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

If an item is unavailable after payment, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or alternative product.

13. Clothing Returns and Exchanges

Clothing and merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags and labels attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Echoes of the Wild reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

This does not limit customer rights under applicable Botswana consumer protection laws relating to defective goods.

14. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

  • Custom-made items

  • Personalised clothing

  • Printed-on-demand items

  • Limited edition event merchandise

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Items damaged by washing, ironing, stretching, alteration, or poor care

  • Items without proof of purchase

  • Items returned after the allowed return period

15. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos of the product

  • Order details

  • Description of the problem

After inspection, Echoes of the Wild may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue and applicable law.

16. Delivery and Collection

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, stock availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Echoes of the Wild is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Where collection is available, customers must collect orders within the communicated collection period.

17. Payments

All prices are listed in Botswana Pula unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made through approved payment methods provided on the website or communicated by Echoes of the Wild.

Orders, tickets, or bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent, suspicious, incomplete, reversed, or unauthorised.

18. Promotions, Discounts, and Competitions

From time to time, Echoes of the Wild may offer promotions, discounts, giveaways, competitions, or special offers.

These may be subject to separate rules, closing dates, eligibility requirements, and availability.

Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for checking:

  • Age restrictions

  • Partner-specific cancellation terms

26. Limitation of Liability
