1. What is Echoes of the Wild -Kasane Weekender?
Echoes of the Wild - Kasane Weekender is a 2-day music, safari, culture, fashion, food, and outdoor lifestyle experience in Kasane. It brings together Afro House, Afro Tech, Tribal, Ancestral sounds, tribal and cultural performances, cultural showcases, safari excursions, and the beauty of Chobe.
2. When is the event?
The main event takes place on:
Day 1: 18 July 2026
Day 2: 19 July 2026
Travel packages run from 17–20 July 2026, depending on your selected package.
3. Where is the event?
The event will be hosted in Kasane, Botswana , at Wild View Resort, close to the Chobe River and Chobe National Park experience areas.

4. What ticket options are available?
Echoes of the Wild offers different experiences:
Wild Tribe Experience — General event access
Chobe Tribe Pack Experience — Group entry for 4 people
Untamed VIP Tribe Experience — VIP comfort and access
VVIP Safari Elite Experience — Premium hosted event experience
Travel Packages — Event access plus transport, accommodation, safari activities, and selected extras
5. Are travel packages available?
Yes. Travel packages are available for guests who want the full Kasane experience. Packages may include transport or flights, accommodation, boat cruise, game drive, meals, event tickets, bottles, camp chairs, airport shuttle, and dedicated service depending on the package selected.
6. What is included in the Wild Tribe Experience?
Wild Tribe Experience includes general event access, live performances, cultural showcases, food stalls, fashion, art, outdoor chill areas, and public bar access.
7. What is included in the Untamed VIP Tribe Experience?
VIP includes VIP section access, better stage view, VIP seating, VIP bar, lunch or dinner, 1 beverage bottle, VIP toilets, priority entry, camp chair, hotel bar and pool access where allowed, and secure parking subject to availability.
8. What is included in the VVIP Safari Elite Experience?
VVIP includes VVIP lounge access, premium stage view, luxury seating, dedicated service, VVIP toilets, priority entry, camp chairs, selected drinks package, premium bottle, breakfast, lunch and dinner, hotel bar and swimming pool access where allowed, and secure parking.
Park Fees
9. Do packages include park fees?
No. All advertised package prices exclude Chobe National Park entry fees, vehicle fees, conservation fees, tourism levies, and any other government or park authority charges for both locals and international guests.
Guests are responsible for paying applicable park fees separately.
10. Do add-on experiences include park fees?
No. Add-on experiences such as game drives, boat cruises, and Chobe tours exclude park fees unless clearly stated otherwise. Park fees are payable separately by each guest.
11. Are prices refundable?
No. All ticket, package, and add-on payments are strictly non-refundable once paid.
This is because payments are used to secure service providers, accommodation, transport, flights, event access, safari operators, meals, and other event costs in advance.
12. What happens if I do not complete my payment plan?
If you do not complete your final payment by the stated deadline, your booking may be cancelled and all money already paid will be forfeited.
13. Is there a payment plan?
Yes. Selected packages can be paid over May and June 2026. The final payment must be completed before the deadline communicated by Echoes of the Wild.
14. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Name changes may be considered before final confirmation, subject to approval, availability, and supplier conditions. Echoes of the Wild must be notified in advance.
15. Can children attend?
Yes, children may attend where children’s tickets are available. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years and above.
16. What should I bring?
Guests are encouraged to bring comfortable outdoor clothing, warm jackets for the evening, hats, sunscreen, camp chairs, comfortable shoes, and valid identification.
General access guests may bring camp chairs or picnic blankets where allowed. VIP and VVIP guests may receive camp chairs depending on their package.
17. Can I bring my own cooler box?
Cooler box rules will be communicated before the event. Where allowed, cooler boxes may be subject to a fee, time restrictions, and security checks. Cooler boxes will be charged at P100 per Coo box before 1PM. After 1 PM No Cooler box will be allowed.
18. Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event. VIP and VVIP packages may include selected meals and drinks depending on the ticket or package purchased.
19. Is parking available?
Parking will be available subject to space and venue capacity. VIP and VVIP guests may receive secure or priority parking where available.
20. Do VIP and VVIP tickets include hotel bar and swimming pool access?
Hotel bar and swimming pool access may be included where allowed, but it is subject to venue rules, capacity, safety requirements, and availability.
21. What add-on experiences are available for guests already in Kasane?
Guests already in Kasane may book selected add-ons such as:

Boat Cruise in Chobe National Park
Deluxe Boat Cruise Experience
Kazungula Bridge Experience
Victoria Falls Experience
Full Chobe Tour Experience
All add-ons are subject to availability and operator confirmation.
22. Does the Victoria Falls Experience include visa and border fees?
No. Victoria Falls add-ons exclude visa fees, border charges, Victoria Falls entry fees, meals, personal spending, and optional activities unless clearly stated.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents.
23. What happens if the weather affects an activity?
Outdoor and safari activities are subject to weather, safety conditions, operator availability, and authority instructions. Echoes of the Wild or its service providers may adjust times, routes, or schedules for safety reasons.
24. Will there be photography and videography at the event?
Yes. By attending Echoes of the Wild, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, media, broadcast, and marketing purposes.
25. Are tickets limited?
Yes. All tickets, packages, VIP, VVIP, travel packages, and add-ons are limited and subject to availability. Early booking is strongly encouraged.

Visas, Travel Insurance & Medical Cover
27. Are visas included in Echoes of the Wild tickets or travel packages?
No. Visas are not included in any Echoes of the Wild ticket, package, add-on, or travel experience. Each guest is personally responsible for checking whether they require a visa to enter Botswana and for applying for, paying for, and securing the correct visa before travelling. Visa requirements vary by nationality.
28. Do I need a visa to travel to Botswana?
That depends on your nationality. Some travellers may enter Botswana without a visa, while others must apply in advance. Guests are strongly advised to confirm their entry requirements through official Botswana immigration or e-visa channels before making travel arrangements.
29. If I book the Victoria Falls Experience, are cross-border visas included?
No. Victoria Falls travel visas, border entry requirements, visa fees, and related cross-border charges are not included. Guests who book the Victoria Falls Experience are responsible for confirming the entry requirements for the country visited, including whether they need a visa before travel or at the border.
30. Is travel insurance included in my ticket or package?
No. Travel insurance is not included in Echoes of the Wild tickets, packages, or add-on experiences. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance before travelling. Botswana Tourism Organisation advises visitors travelling into remote areas of Botswana to have comprehensive medical insurance that can cover serious illness, accidents, and medical evacuation where required.
31. Is medical insurance included?
No. Medical insurance is not included. Each guest is personally responsible for arranging suitable medical insurance or health cover for the duration of their trip and participation in all event, safari, river, and travel activities.
32. Does Echoes of the Wild cover medical costs, hospital bills, accidents, or emergency evacuation?
No. Echoes of the Wild does not cover medical expenses, hospital bills, treatment costs, personal injury costs, emergency evacuation, repatriation, or any related medical or rescue expenses. Guests participate and travel at their own risk and are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance cover before attending. Botswana Tourism Organisation specifically recommends comprehensive medical insurance for remote travel, including evacuation cover where necessary.
33. What insurance should I consider?
Guests are encouraged to consider insurance that may cover:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Lost or delayed luggage
- Medical treatment
- Emergency evacuation
- Accidents during travel or excursions
- Cross-border travel, where applicable
The exact cover needed depends on the guest’s nationality, travel plans, activities booked, and personal circumstances.
34. What happens if I am denied entry, do not get a visa in time, or fail to meet border requirements?
Echoes of the Wild will not be responsible for any guest who is denied travel, refused entry, delayed at a border, or unable to attend because they failed to secure the correct visa, passport validity, border documentation, or other travel requirements. Any resulting loss, including missed tickets, packages, add-ons, transport, or accommodation, remains the guest’s responsibility.
35. What documents should international guests check before travelling?
International guests should verify:
- Passport validity
- Botswana visa requirements, where applicable
- Return travel documentation, where required
- Victoria Falls or other cross-border visa requirements if booking that experience
- Any entry-related conditions issued by the relevant immigration authorities
